Ingredients
  

  • 4 large sweet potatoes
  • 4 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and dry sweet potatoes. Pierce each with a fork a few times.
  • Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, until soft.
  • While baking, mix butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  • Slice each potato open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  • Spread the cinnamon butter mixture inside each potato.
  • (Optional) Add marshmallows on top and broil for 1-2 minutes until golden.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and serve warm!
